Create Spaces is looking for an entrepreneurial, sales-driven person to help build our growing Audio Visual business. Our AV business currently generates approximately $1 million in annual revenue, but you won’t be starting from scratch. Create Spaces has an established commercial customer base, approximately 15 furniture salespeople with strong client relationships across Boise, Reno, and Las Vegas, an AV engineer, sales support, and two internal installers.
What You’ll Do
During the first 12–18 months, your primary focus will be growth. You’ll personally develop opportunities, meet with customers, build relationships with our existing sales team, and close AV business. We are looking for someone who enjoys selling, creating opportunities, and figuring out how to turn an existing platform into something much bigger.
As the business grows, so will your role. You’ll have the opportunity to help build the AV team and take on increasing responsibility for sales strategy, vendor relationships, staffing, profitability, and ultimately the overall performance of the business unit.
Who We’re Looking For
AV experience is helpful, but it is not required. Strong candidates may come from commercial AV, technology, furniture, security/access control, low-voltage, electrical, construction, building technology, or another complex B2B sales environment.

Has demonstrated the ability to develop opportunities and close business
Is entrepreneurial and wants to build something rather than simply inherit an existing operation
Is highly motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating with autonomy
Builds strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams
Has the potential and desire to lead people as the business grows
Wants their compensation and career opportunity to grow with the value they create
This is not a traditional management position where you step in and manage an established department. We want someone who is excited by the opportunity to sell it, grow it, build the team, and eventually lead the business.
Preferred location is Las Vegas, with Boise also considered. Travel is approximately 25%.
Compensation: Base salary plus significant performance-based upside. xhqgsiq Expected Year 1 total compensation is approximately $130,000–$160,000 , with substantially greater earning potential as the AV business grows.
