Job description
South Texas Health System seeks a Director of FED operations to oversee its freestanding emergency departments. You will develop policies, manage budgets, train staff, and liaise with EMS and the Medical Director to ensure high-quality, compliant care across the market.
Leadership in budgeting, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential to improve keepage and meet organizational goals while maintaining service excellence.
