Job description
Whistle Express Car Wash seeks a Market Director to own operations across 12–20 sites, including P&L, people, culture and performance. This is a high-leverage leadership role shaping a growing market rather than inheriting a ready-made operation.
You will lead site managers, drive safety and service standards, and align maintenance, training, and field marketing to accelerate top-line growth while maintaining the company’s distinctive guest experience.
