Job description
Vanguard is seeking a senior Market Director to drive growth and retention of assets within the Houston wirehouse channel, serving top advisor teams across Texas (Houston, Austin & San Antonio). You will manage territory, build pipelines, and execute plans with a 1:1 pairing to an internal sales executive.
The role requires deep product knowledge across fixed income and other asset classes, a strong track record selling to financial advisors, and leadership in a high-performing team.
