Job description
Industrious is seeking a General Manager for the New York City market to oversee daily operations across 5–10 locations and a 20+ member hospitality and operations team. You will set market strategy, drive customer experience, and push sales and operational excellence end-to-end.
You will own the market P&L, analyze data, and develop strategies to improve profitability while coaching managers to elevate performance and the member experience.
