Job description
The Market Leader — Holdrege serves as the senior sales advisor and primary client lead for CoverWise. They drive new business through relationships and community presence while partnering with internal teams for execution. The role steps in on escalated client or performance issues and ensures the office reflects CoverWise’s standards and values. It requires strong relationship leadership, confidence in high‑level conversations, and the ability to be recognized as the point leader for the Holdrege market.
Key Responsibilities
High-capacity leader with strong relational and sales instincts. More sales-orientated than advisory-oriented, while capable of both.
Confident engaging in high-level conversations with business owners and key clients.
Professional presence that naturally earns trust and respect. Comfortable representing a brand publicly and relationally.
Quick learner: insurance experience helpful but not required.
Thrives on relationships, influence, and strategic advising. Business-minded and motivated to elevate outcomes and opportunities.
Emotionally intelligent, polished communicator with strong follow-through.
Qualifications
5-15+ years of experience in sales, client leadership, business development, or relation-driven consulting.
Insurance background not required but must be willing to learn quickly.
Strong community engagement ability and natural relational reach. Proven history of high trust, influence, and leadership presence.
Willingness to move to or live in Holdrege (relocation support available. On-site presence required.
Role is intentionally designed to be locally embedded in the community.
