Job description
Follett Higher Education seeks a Market Leader to guide and inspire store leaders within a geographic market to drive sales growth, talent development, campus relations, and customer service excellence.
You will lead change initiatives, communicate priorities, hire and develop teams, and partner with campus stakeholders to meet budgets, deliver high-impact merchandising, and ensure consistent operations across all locations in your market. Travel >50% is required.
