Our marketing team plays a critical role in driving agent recruiting growth through performance-driven strategy, data-backed decision-making, and compelling brand positioning.We are seeking a leader in our Florida market who has strong leadership skills, is great at relationship building and strategic thinking to be our Market Leader/Designated Broker.The Market Leader/Designated Broker serves as the face of HomeSmart within their assigned market and is ultimately responsible for the market's growth, agent experience, culture, operational excellence, and brokerage compliance.The Market Leader/Designated Broker is responsible for driving agent recruiting and retention, increasing agent productivity, creating an engaging culture, and ensuring the brokerage operates in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.The ideal candidate is an inspirational leader who enjoys building relationships, coaching agents to grow their businesses, motivating teams, and creating an environment where agents choose to stay because of the value they receive—not simply because of the brokerage they work for.If you are a designated broker in Florida with 7-10+ years of experience, have a strong skill set including operational leadership, brokerage compliance/risk management, agent retention/success and an sincere desire to grow a brokerage in Florida this position is for you!We have so many amazing perks including salary depending on experience plus eligible for quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision), 401k with company match, PTO, paid holidays, pet insurance, wellness initiatives, Employee engagement events and employee recognition and rewards.We're an equal opportunity employer.
