Job description
Market Leader – Chippewa Falls, WI
Salary: up to $110K plus incentives and a benefits package. (This is not a remote position.)
Responsibilities
Overall leadership and management of bank performance, including direct responsibility for commercial lending and credit, as well as collaborative responsibility for retail and private banking
Lead bank team to perform at a high level related to overall delivery of sales and service, expense and credit controls, community leadership, and meeting financial and compliance standards
Oversee all banking activities and assist in establishing bank policies, strategies, objectives, and practices set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors
Work with all levels within the organization and build strong working relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
Five or more years of experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience
Superior customer service and proven sales skills
Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
