Job description
WellBe Senior Medical is seeking a market leadership role to oversee community medical directors and collaborate with recruiters and training teams to accelerate onboarding and readiness. The position oversees onboarding, clinical processes, and engagement strategies across new and existing markets.
The role includes hands-on clinical care during market ramp-up, travel up to 40%, and close partnership with regional leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and provider relationships.
