Overview
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support their Intellectual Property (IP) practice.
Schedule: Hybrid 4 days in office
Duties
Organizing, editing, and formatting of pitches and proposals in coordination with lawyers and other M&BD colleagues to respond to pitch opportunities and RFPs in a coordinated, strategic, and timely way
Assist in the creation and regular update of marketing collateral, including web content, brochures, practice descriptions and credentials, and matter descriptions
Read industry, legal, and business publications to remain aware of trends that may impact the practice and to identify promotional opportunities
Support submissions to major award programs as needed by working with partners to draft descriptions that feature key legal matters and identification of client references in adherence to fixed deadlines
Helping to implement and drive forward projects designed to raise the profile and grow the Americas IP practice in the U.S. and Mexico
Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in a legal setting or professional services industry
Intellectual Property is a plus, we are open to other areas of law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in iPublish, InterAction, Foundation is desirable
Spanish fluency is a plus
