A growing service-based organization is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Communications Specialist to strengthen brand awareness, drive digital engagement, and support recruiting and employee initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys creating compelling content, managing digital platforms, and making a meaningful impact on business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, photography, and project highlights.
Manage website content, updates, and optimization.
Maintain brand consistency, marketing materials, and promotional items.
Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
Support internal communications, newsletters, and employee engagement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand management.
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong writing, photography, and video content creation skills.
Familiarity with website content management and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Professional presence and comfort engaging with people in person.
Trades, construction, or service industry experience is a plus.
