MARKETING AND MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR

This spectacular Club is intimate in nature, boasting fewer than 450 memberships, and is highly valued for its privacy, genuine hospitality and unpretentious environment. We are seeking a Director of Membership & Marketing to join our team.
Our Position: As part of the executive leadership team, the Director of Membership & Marketing holds a key position, communicating with fellow managers, members, prospective members, real estate professionals and various third-party partners. This professional will lead the Club's membership and marketing efforts, overseeing member communications, brand strategy and marketing initiatives across all Club platforms. As a non-bundled community, our Membership/Marketing Director plays a pivotal role at FRCC. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can build strong relationships, collaborate across departments and consistently represent the FRCC brand.
Specifics MEMBERSHIP: Manage the membership process from inquiry through new-member onboarding. Maintain housing inventory, membership records, sales activity and equity transfers. Manage prospective-member follow-up, tours and orientation. Build relationships with members, real estate professionals and community partners. Prepare membership sales reports and forecasts for Club leadership and committees.
MARKETING: Lead Club-wide marketing and communications across print and digital platforms. Maintain consistency of the FRCC brand across all communications. Develop campaigns and collateral that promote Club programming and the member experience. Collaborate with Department Heads and outside partners on marketing initiatives. Gather member feedback and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.

If you possess these attributes, along with an Associate or Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant hospitality experience and a working knowledge of various software programs (Microsoft Office, Jonas, Canva and ForeTees).
