At BridgePoint Acquisitions , we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Promotions Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site position that offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to build brand awareness, generate leads, and help drive business growth through engaging promotional campaigns within our partnered retail settings.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive sales.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively promoting products and services.
Engage in direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in retail settings to generate sales and increase brand awareness.
Attend client product training sessions and clearly communicate key product details and benefits to customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence while representing our clients and their brands.
Qualifications
Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the company.
Dependable, adaptable, and committed to delivering results.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
