Summary
This position is located at Yuma Proving Grounds, AZ. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor. Responsibilities
Assists in the development and implementation of effective marketing plans that support organizational goals, increase customer awareness, and drive program participation.
Contributes to comprehensive publicity, promotional, sales, and merchandising strategies tailored to target audiences and local market conditions.
Helps coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, broadcast, and on-site channels to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Provides recommendations on media layouts, advertising copy, photography, graphic design, print materials, and broadcast releases to improve campaign effectiveness.
Reviews marketing results and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and support future planning efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
