Help Us Move Industries Forward
At PowerPusher , we design and manufacture innovative powered tugs and material handling equipment that help businesses move heavy loads safely and efficiently around the world. We're looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Associate to help grow our brand, support our dealer network, and generate new business.

What You'll Do
Execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Coordinate trade shows and industry events from planning to execution
Create engaging content, including emails, videos, product collateral, and social media posts
Manage website content and social media platforms
Support new product launches and dealer marketing initiatives
Partner with Sales to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships
Measure campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of B2B marketing experience
Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, digital marketing, and website management
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in manufacturing or industrial marketing
Trade show and event management experience
Graphic design or video editing skills
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
Experience supporting dealer or distributor networks
Location
Hybrid position based in Shakopee, Minnesota , with regular in-office collaboration and flexibility for remote work as business needs allow.
