Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to support customer acquisition, promotional campaigns, brand awareness, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, presenting products and services, building relationships, and contributing to measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
Engage directly with prospective customers to generate interest in products and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective customers to develop sales opportunities.
Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources.
Track customer interactions, leads, and marketing activities.
Support customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.

Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
