Looking for more than another entry-level job?
Evolv is growing its Chicago team and looking for a Marketing Associate who wants to gain real-world experience, develop professionally, and work in an environment where strong performance is noticed.
You’ll work on customer-facing marketing campaigns, representing our clients across the Chicago area and helping turn conversations into results. It’s hands-on, social, and a great fit for someone who would rather learn by doing than sit behind a desk all day.

So, What Does the Role Actually Involve?
A big part of your day will be spent interacting with people. You’ll introduce customers to current client campaigns, explain products or promotions, answer questions, build interest, and contribute toward individual and team goals.
You’ll also learn how campaigns are executed, how customer feedback influences results, and what goes into creating a strong customer experience.
You Don’t Need the “Perfect” Background
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, sales, or marketing can transfer well, but we’re not looking for one specific resume.

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Chicago area involving face-to-face customer interaction.
