Build marketing experience that goes beyond observation. As a Marketing Associate in El Paso, you will help prepare campaigns and communicate brand messages. You will use customer feedback and campaign results to support better decisions.

Marketing Associate Position Purpose
The Marketing Associate supports the planning and delivery of event and retail campaigns. This position is not focused on social media or remote marketing.
Each Marketing Associate will learn the brand they support. They will understand its audience and commercial objectives. They will then help turn that information into clear campaign messaging and effective customer engagement.
Campaign Responsibilities
Learn each brand's audience and campaign goals
Support campaign briefs and messaging
Prepare promotional materials and campaign information
Communicate brand messages clearly
Gather customer feedback and campaign observations
Track customer engagement and sales activity
Help prepare performance updates
Identify patterns that may improve future results
Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Maintain accurate campaign records
Marketing Associate Profile
A strong Marketing Associate will be:
Curious about customers and brand strategy
Confident when communicating
Organized when handling information
Comfortable reviewing performance results
Able to manage several priorities
Open to feedback
Commercially aware
Focused on accuracy
Experience in marketing or communications would be valuable. Business and sales experience would also be relevant. Candidates from retail or hospitality may also have strong transferable skills.

This Marketing Associate role provides practical experience in campaign planning and brand strategy. You will strengthen your understanding of customer behavior and performance analysis. You will also gain experience in customer acquisition and sales support.
