Position Overview

Responsibilities
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day.
Perform outbound calling including cold calls to potential customers.
Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening.
People-oriented.
Self-motivated.
Able to learn computer functions.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Position may require irregular working hours.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Agents are responsible for employment decisions regarding their employees.
