DNP Imagingcomm America (DNP) is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our growing B2B manufacturing organization. This full-time, in-office position is based in Mount Pleasant, PA .

The Marketing Communications Specialist develops written, visual, and digital content across a variety of marketing channels, helping communicate the value of DNP's products and solutions while supporting business objectives. Working closely with the broader marketing team, this role translates complex technical information into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a passion for content creation and storytelling. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate them effectively through compelling content that informs, engages, and drives results.
Content Development & Writing
Write, edit, and manage creative, engaging content across a variety of marketing channels, including:
Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
Customer communications and email marketing campaigns (Constant Contact)
Blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content
Website content, including product, industry, and company pages
Develop compelling, audience-focused messaging that captures attention, communicates value, and aligns with established brand standards and voice
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other internal subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content
Translate complex technical concepts and product information into clear, accessible, and engaging communications for a variety of audiences
Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO), user engagement, and digital performance, as appropriate
Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals, marketing strategies, and brand guidelines
Contribute creative ideas for content campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiatives
Graphic Design & Visual Content
Create graphics and visual assets for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and enhances overall messaging and audience engagement
Support basic video creation and editing projects as needed
Website & CMS Support
Maintain and update website content through the company’s CMS, including blog posts, landing pages, product information, and images
Ensure website content is accurate, consistent, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards
Brand & Campaign Execution
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives across multiple channels
Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, voice, and visual identity in all marketing communications
Marketing Research & Support
Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities that support marketing and business growth objectives.
Assist with content planning, campaign tracking, and marketing performance reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and support marketing initiatives
Stay current on marketing trends and best practices, particularly within B2B manufacturing and industrial markets
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising
Understanding brand management and ability to design within the confines of corporate brand requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Canva , as well as familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences and communication channels.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, audience-focused communications.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities and this position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Physical Demands: The employee is frequently required to talk or hear, sit, type, stand, and walk. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work in an office setting, and spend primary working hours at a desk using a computer and other office equipment such as printers, copiers, postage machines, etc.
