Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, content, events, and communications in Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organization and writing skills with creative thinking and a data-informed approach.

About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help plan and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate content and events, maintain brand consistency, and use campaign performance data to support continuous improvement.
What You'll Do Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals
Coordinate content for digital platforms, social media, and email campaigns with cross-functional teams
Plan and support onsite and virtual events, webinars, promotions, and related campaign activity
Create social media content and manage posting schedules to maintain brand consistency
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
Partner with graphic designers to develop and distribute marketing collateral
Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials
Maintain productive relationships with clients and partners supporting collaborative marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of marketing experience, including relevant internship or agency experience
Proficiency with Shopify
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills
Experience with social media management, email marketing, and event coordination
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft platforms, or comparable digital marketing and productivity tools
Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-motivated, collaborative approach with strong communication skills and an interest in creative, data-informed marketing
Preferred Skills Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
