We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support business development, sales growth, brand awareness, client engagement, and proposal development activities across the organization.
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting ADF's sales, business development, marketing, and communications initiatives. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, account executives, seller-doers, project managers, and technical experts to develop compelling marketing content, maintain brand consistency, support customer engagement activities, and drive lead generation efforts.
A key responsibility of this role is serving as the primary liaison between ADF Engineering and its external marketing agency, ensuring alignment between business goals, growth strategies, branding initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and lead generation campaigns.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, creative, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, deadlines, and measurable results.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
2-5 years of marketing, communications, or business development support experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting engineering, consulting, architecture, construction, or professional services firms.
Proposal development and pursuit management experience.
Experience working with external marketing agencies.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management.
Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Knowledge of website content management systems.
