Overview

Join Kimley-Horn's growing marketing team and help influence client and project strategy; coordinate, write, and collaborate on proposals and thought leadership; and promote the firm. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to inform product roadmaps
Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned products
Collaborate with internal teams to effectively plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns
Write and edit content for product promotional collateral, including brochures, sales enablement materials, and case studies
Translate product features and benefits into customer-facing messaging
Conduct market research to determine a target audience's needs, wants, habits, interests, and other factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
Research and document the market landscape and activities of competitors
Support, organize, and implement special projects/events to promote products
Ability to think critically and creatively to generate new ideas for marketing and research activities
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Human-Centered Design, or a similar field
5-10 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or event settings
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Creative, flexible, and results-oriented
Excellent organization and time management skills
Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
