The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives that strengthen Muth Electric's brand, recruitment efforts, and company growth.
This PART-TIME SIOUX FALLS BASED ROLE works closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Brand Director, this role supports content creation, social media, graphic design, campaigns, and marketing materials while helping maintain a consistent and professional brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Capture, edit, and organize photo and video content for marketing use
Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and content execution
Support recruitment marketing, including job postings and hiring campaigns
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives
Create and design marketing materials, including advertisements, signage, promotional materials, internal communications, graphics, and other visual content
Maintain organized brand assets, templates, and marketing resources
Coordinate with vendors and agencies on marketing deliverables
Assist with research and analysis of market data, industry trends, and internal needs
Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Brand Director with day-to-day marketing initiatives
Help ensure marketing content and materials align with Muth Electric's brand standards
Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred
1-3 years of marketing, communications, design, or related experience preferred
Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with social media, content creation, photography, video, and graphic design
Proficiency with common marketing and design tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative
Strong work ethic and accountability
Team-oriented with a creative and collaborative mindset
