Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC.
In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives while working closely with team members across different projects. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, adaptable, and excited to contribute ideas in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Support the execution of marketing projects from initial planning through completion.
Coordinate schedules, materials, resources, and project requirements.
Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing initiatives.
Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing objectives and deadlines are met.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, promotional materials, and campaign documentation.
Track campaign activity and help evaluate overall performance.
Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and internal team members.
Contribute creative ideas to improve marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Maintain organized records of ongoing campaigns, projects, and marketing activities.
Support additional marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
