Responsibilities
Analyze marketing performance data across digital channels to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and support data-driven decision making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key marketing KPIs, customer acquisition metrics, and ROI.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and strategy improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing data sources, validating results, and supporting ongoing analytics and reporting processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data sets, spreadsheets, and structured information.
Ability to communicate insights clearly through written reports and visual dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain data accuracy.
Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable working with feedback and iterative improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with marketing analytics, campaign performance metrics, or digital reporting.
Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Excel dashboards, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Interest in marketing strategy, brand growth, and data-driven decision making.
Experience working with structured datasets, reports, or research projects.
Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
