A.I.M. ATL is growing our Atlanta team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to build real-world experience in marketing, customer engagement, and business development.
We are a direct marketing company focused on helping brands connect with their audiences, generate quality leads, increase customer engagement, and achieve measurable growth.
This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and mentorship provided . We're looking for people who are coachable, energetic, professional, and ready to grow.
What You'll Do
Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing and customer engagement
Connect with potential customers at events, promotional campaigns, and other in-person settings
Educate customers on client products and services
Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
Help create positive, memorable customer experiences
Track campaign activity and contribute toward team goals
Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and professional development training
Collaborate with a supportive, goal-oriented team
