The Marketing & Events Manager reports directly to the Liquor Operations Director and is responsible for overseeing all liquor store marketing initiatives, special events, private rentals, and club programming. This position leads customer engagement strategies that increase sales, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen community relationships. The position ensures that marketing, promotional, event, and customer engagement activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, City policies, and Lakeville Liquors operational standards. The Marketing & Events Manager supervises one part-time Marketing Specialist and three part-time Event Staff employees and is responsible for providing direction, training, scheduling, performance feedback, and oversight of their work. The Marketing & Events Manager is accountable for ensuring marketing and event initiatives are strategically planned, effectively executed, fiscally responsible, consistent with the Lakeville Liquors brand, and aligned with the overall goals and priorities of the liquor operation.
