Position Summary:

Our Leadership Development Program focuses on the holistic development of early leaders through the lens of Strategic Marketing. Throughout the program, participants will assist Division and Group Strategic Marketing Managers, building a broad foundation in strategic marketing, commercial operations, and leadership through real-world experiences and projects. Skill development will be focused on market research, product positioning, campaign support, brand strategy, and data-driven decision-making, while working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, finance, and operations. The program structure includes two six-month rotational placements that include several learning sprints over the course of a year. This approach will help participants rapidly build competencies and create alignment around common business challenges. After year one, participants can expect to be placed as Analysts at a Manufacturing Group or Division location with continued support and development from the program to foster engagement and empowerment as you grow your career.
