What the job looks like
- Own the campaign calendar and make sure everything that ships looks like the same brand
- Plan and run events, sponsorships and local promotions
- Produce collateral, proposals and presentations, using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Run the website in a CMS and keep it current
- Run email and lead follow-up in HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Manage vendors and agencies, and track what the spend returns
What I'm looking for
- 5+ years of marketing in construction, homebuilding, engineering, real estate or professional services
- Hands-on across channels: you build as well as plan
- Comfortable producing your xhqgsiq own design work in Canva or Adobe
- Google Analytics and a CRM or email platform
- Based in the Charleston area or ready to move
Nice to have
- Experience in a homebuilder, engineering firm or wealth management firm
- Google Ads or local SEO
