Summary
The Marketing and Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the companys services and increase brand awareness.
Essential Functions
Developing marketing strategies
: Developing marketing plans and strategies designed to promote the companys services and increase its visibility and customer base.
Managing marketing campaigns
: Planning and executing marketing campaigns that include advertising, promotional events, and digital marketing.
Managing the companys website and social media
: Overseeing the companys website and social media presence, including creating and posting relevant and engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to optimize reach and engagement.
Coordinating with internal teams
: Working closely with project managers, sales teams, and other internal teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with the companys goals and objectives.
Managing media relations
: Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and improve the companys reputation.
Managing budgets
: Developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
Analyzing data
: Analyzing data from marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.
All other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing/media
Skills & Competencies
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to drive decision-making through data
Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to test, build and scale growth marketing strategies from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Exceptional leader and team player with proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively independently and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
