Build. Optimize. Scale.

If you thrive in the details and the big picture, this role is for you.

Quickparts is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to build and manage the systems, processes, and analytics infrastructure that support our global go-to-market strategy. This is not a desk-only role. You will own our CRM, partner across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and drive scalable, measurable impact across the marketing funnel.

You will own our CRM platform, personally lead campaign operations, and be the driving force behind the data integrity and reporting infrastructure that powers our global marketing engine.

Why This Role Matters

Our Marketing Operations function is critical to data integrity, campaign execution, and cross-functional alignment. As Marketing Operations Manager, you will:

✔ Own and evolve the global CRM (HubSpot)

✔ Drive hands-on campaign execution and optimization

✔ Build systems that scale with growth

✔ Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

✔ Be the owner of attribution, analytics, and funnel reporting

What You'll Do

CRM Management (HubSpot)

Maintain and evolve the global CRM (HubSpot), ensuring structural integrity, data accuracy, and usability across teams

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align CRM workflows with the full customer lifecycle

Lead training and documentation to support adoption and consistency

Manage CRM data hygiene, enrichment, and synchronization with ERP (NetSuite) and related systems

Oversee ongoing governance and platform development to meet evolving GTM requirements

Marketing Operations & Campaign Enablement

Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization

Manage campaign execution including segmentation, lead routing, forms, workflows, and A/B testing

Identify performance improvement opportunities across the funnel, from initial engagement to sales qualification

Define and enforce UTM strategy and naming conventions for clean attribution and reporting

Refine lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to improve conversion and handoffs

Analytics, Attribution & Optimization

Develop and manage campaign performance dashboards in HubSpot and Power BI

Own marketing attribution tracking and evolve multi-touch attribution models in partnership with analytics teams

Monitor funnel metrics, identify drop-offs, and recommend improvements

Provide insights and performance reports to marketing, sales, and executive leadership

Tech Stack & Project Leadership

Manage integrations across the marketing and sales technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, webinar tools, enrichment, chat)

Serve as point of contact for external integrators and technology partners

Lead cross-functional infrastructure and data projects that enhance GTM performance

Maintain SOPs and documentation for scalability and consistency

Support select sales enablement projects

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or revenue operations

Expertise in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub

Experience with ERP integrations (preferably NetSuite)

Familiarity with data visualization tools and campaign attribution models

Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle management, scoring, and funnel reporting

Demonstrated project management skills with multiple stakeholders and timelines

Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)

Exposure to paid media operations and analytics (Google Ads, LinkedIn)

Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data governance

Why You'll Love It Here

Direct collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadership

Real ownership — your work shapes the company's GTM engine

High-growth, global organization

Complex technical and data challenges

Ability to leave a legacy system behind

Strong culture of accountability and collaboration
