Players Club RepresentativePlayers Club Representatives are responsible for providing the highest level of guest service and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and all guidelines/rules issued by the OCCC are executed.Essential functions include:Be responsible for executing the highest level of guest service at Hard Rock Casino CincinnatiBe on-time and at your workstation at the start of your shiftKnow and understand all gaming systems so you can communicate appropriate and correct information to guestsObtain 100% on Secret Shops by:Speaking first, greeting the guest with a positive comment, and sharing their name with the guestAsking how they may assistUtilizing the guest's nameAssisting the guest and assuring that their needs have been met and exceededUpselling an item of the casinoSending the guest to their next destination with a positive parting commentRepresentatives are expected to capture phone numbers and email address of guestsWork the gaming floor when requestedTelling guests about Unity benefitsHelping sign guests up for a cardHelping to increase rated playAssist with promotions and eventsFollow the handbook policies including uniform standardsApproach peers and leaders with a respectful toneKnow and understand all promotions so you can effectively communicate them to guestsAble to stand at the Players Club and be approachable, friendly, and outgoing to ensure guests have the best experience at Hard Rock Casino CincinnatiThis position reports to the Players Club Supervisor TeamOther duties as assignedEducation and/or experience requirements:High school diploma and/or guest service experience.Additional requirements:Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulationsMust successfully pass background checkMust successfully pass drug screeningMust be twenty-one (21) years of age
