Ridgeline Strategies is a growing sales and marketing firm focused on creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering measurable results for our clients. We partner with established brands to strengthen their retail presence, connect directly with consumers, and drive sales through engaging, face-to-face marketing campaigns.
We are currently seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and people-oriented Marketing Promotions Associate to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a hands-on, on-site opportunity for individuals looking to build valuable experience in marketing, promotions, sales, customer engagement, and business development .
As a Marketing Promotions Associate, you’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to build brand awareness, engage consumers, generate new customers, and support business growth through promotional campaigns within our partnered retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Work with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive sales.
Represent our clients and their products in a professional, positive, and engaging manner.
Engage directly with customers in retail settings to create meaningful interactions and generate sales.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships while identifying individual needs.
Educate customers on products and services and clearly communicate key product benefits.
Attend client and product training sessions to develop strong product knowledge.
Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work toward individual and team goals.
Maintain a professional presence while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to support successful campaigns and overall business growth.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required .
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to achieve goals.
Strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth.
Leadership potential and an interest in building a career in sales, marketing, or business management.
