Job description
OpenAI is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as the commercial legal lead for Marketing in San Francisco. You’ll partner with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Communications, and regional teams on campaigns, talent and content rights, sponsorships, events, and related agreements.
You will build scalable templates and playbooks, advise on disclosures and endorsements, and ensure compliance with evolving ad, privacy, and AI-related requirements across global teams.
