Job description
Chase is seeking an Executive Director - Marketing Transformation Delivery Manager to lead an agile-driven governance model across five Card Marketing Transformation pillars, uniting teams to accelerate a roadmap that elevates campaign planning and activation.
You will oversee program management, capability prioritization, UAT, and stakeholder communications, lead a team of PMs and testers, and report progress to senior leadership while driving business and cultural transformation with integrity
