Job description
Job Responsibilities
Maintain an integrated view of CSP21 priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and executive commitments.
Coordinate reporting inputs across Transformation, Product, Technology, Finance, and Change Management teams.
Develop and maintain scorecards and dashboards that track key performance indicators, objectives and key results, and business outcomes.
Partner with Finance to track transformation investments, forecasts, spend, business case assumptions, and value realization.
Support governance forums and leadership operating rhythms, including agendas, materials, decisions, actions, and follow-up.
Identify gaps, emerging risks, and issues requiring leadership attention, and drive timely resolution or escalation.
Improve reporting standards, templates, processes, and source information to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
Support annual planning, prioritization, and executive readiness across CSP21 and related transformation initiatives.
Act as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Marketing Transformation and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
Job Requirements
7 years of experience in business management, transformation, strategy, consulting, operations, finance, program management, or a related field.
Experience leading executive reporting, communications, governance, or business management processes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise, executive-ready presentations.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and decisions.
Strong financial acumen with experience supporting investment, budget, forecast, or business case reporting.
Experience developing performance reporting using key performance indicators, objectives and key results, scorecards, or dashboards.
Proven ability to establish structure, operating rhythms, and accountability across complex initiatives.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Experience supporting senior executives and preparing materials for high-visibility leadership forums.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with sound judgment and discretion.
