Job description
Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA is hiring for Marketplace Lead. The role focuses on delivering quality service at the Market Place Cafe, preparing guest drinks and food orders, and keeping the cafe clean and well-stocked.
You will support baristas, handle cash transactions, and ensure a smooth operation during holidays, weekends, mornings and evenings. Prior barista experience and relevant certifications are preferred.
