Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Valid and current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist
Prior experience working with children, adolescents, and families, ideally in a school or educational environment
Strong understanding of school-based counseling approaches and family systems
Demonstrated skills in assessment, intervention, and crisis management
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to professional ethics and confidentiality
Core Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to students across multiple school sites
Address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns impacting learning and well-being
Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to coordinate holistic support plans
Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment interventions
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated care
Maintain thorough, timely, and confidential documentation
