Job description
We are looking for an experienced Martech Onsite SQA Lead with strong software quality assurance expertise and a solid background in retail, marketing technology (Martech), and omnichannel or customer data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA strategy, test planning, execution, and defect management.
Ensure quality across Martech applications, customer data platforms, and omnichannel integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and offshore QA teams.
Drive test automation, quality improvements, and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and QA leadership.
Proven retail domain experience.
Expertise in Martech platforms and omnichannel or customer data solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
