Job description
A Brighter Alternative seeks a Maryland-based BCBA/LBA to help establish the clinical foundation of our Maryland operations. This part-time, hourly role will support credentialing and Maryland compliance during initial growth.
As we expand, this individual may lead Maryland clinical operations and build a sustainable, ethical service for children and families, with a future leadership pathway and ongoing professional development.
