I m currently working with a well-established dental practice in Maryville, Tennessee , that is seeking a General Dentist to join their growing team in a permanent role. Procedures: Dentures, Crowns, and Endo
Patient Base: Older patient base - established for 20+ years
Support Staff: 2 RDHs, 1 DA
Technology: Digital X-rays
Compensation
A daily rate while the doctor ramps up production
35% of collections
Lab Fees typically paying 35% of their lab fees
Partnership available for the right candidate
Benefits: Medical, in-house dental, 401(k) with match after 1 year, short/long term disability
