Job TitleJob Overview Reports to: Department Supervisor Location: Garden Grove, CA Type: Full-Time Schedule: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm) Job Summary: Responsible for shielding the surfaces of parts that do not require processing Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.) Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations Perform other duties as requiredSkills & Abilities Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Other Physical Requirements Vision (Near, Distance) Sense of Sound - Able to hear average conversations Sense of Touch Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety Glasses Standing for long periods of timeBenefits: Compensation Range $16.50 - $19.60 (DOE) Medical, Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Basic Life, Supplemental Life Insurance, 401k with a Employer Match Generous Paid Time Off program 8 Holidays and 1 Floater HolidayBehaviorsRequired: Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrityPreferred: Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
