They serve prominent clients such as Boeing, the US Army, the aviation industry, and othersResponsibilitiesPerform surface preparation and cleaning of aerospace components using blasting techniques.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of blasting materials.Operate and maintain blasting equipment to ensure optimal performance.Inspect finished surfaces for quality and adherence to specifications.Document processes and maintain records of blasting operations and materials used.Completes paperwork as required by the company and processing guidelinesEnsure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctlySkillsOn-the-job training, no experience required.Production or manufacturing experience is a plusMust be able to pass drug testing and background checksHigh School Graduate or equivalent
