Job description

Masonry Project ManagerThis role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing masonry projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in masonry construction, proven project leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesLead masonry projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget requirements are metPrepare accurate project budgets using historical cost data and current market conditionsConduct regular site visits to active and upcoming projects to confirm proper field execution and maintain full project visibilityMaintain working knowledge of local material pricing, labor rates, and equipment costsMonitor and manage all labor resources, including internal crews and subcontractorsTrack progress and verify completed work to ensure timely delivery of required project milestones and documentationDevelop and mentor team members to support professional growth and operational excellenceServe as the primary on-site representative, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and project requirementsBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each projectQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plusMinimum of 3 years of project management experience with a strong estimating background, including 2+ years as an Assistant EstimatorExperience with a commercial masonry subcontractor or general contractor preferredBackground in marketing, sales, or client relationship development is a plusProven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting or exceeding goals with minimal supervisionHighly self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to professional excellenceAbility to work from the office and/or job sites as requiredSuccessful completion of a criminal background checkWillingness to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement (not a non-compete)Benefits & PerksGenerous paid time off and paid holidays to support a healthy work-life balanceEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Flexible work scheduleCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive health insurance with a Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help offset deductiblesDental and vision coverage401(k) plan with a generous company matchCompany-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insuranceBenefits eligibility beginning the first of the month following hireCasual dress codeCompany-provided merchandiseEmployee referral programParticipation in company-sponsored charitable initiatives and community eventsCompany-hosted social events and team outingsTraining & GrowthOpportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding company operating in multiple marketsOngoing training, professional development, and networking opportunitiesPerformance-based rewards, including merit increases and bonus opportunitiesAt Delectus, we pursue excellence in all we do.
