Masonry Restoration TechnicianSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Friday may be required as a make-up day due to weather or project needs.Compensation: Starting at $20/hour BOEJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled Masonry Restoration Technician to join our team. This position focuses on repairing, restoring, and rebuilding masonry structures on commercial projects. The ideal candidate has experience in masonry restoration or commercial construction and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities:Repair, rebuild, and resurface masonry structuresLay brick, block, stone, and terra cottaCut out and repoint masonry jointsReplace damaged brick and stoneDrill, grout, and pin fractured stone; reset copingsMix mortar and operate hand and power toolsPerform masonry cleaning and apply sealersQualifications:Masonry experience in restoration or commercial construction preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workFlexible and willing to learn new skills and techniquesValid driver's license required (travel to job sites is necessary)Compensation: Starting at $20/hour (DOE – depending on experience)Additional Requirements:Must wear work pants and work shirtsSteel-toe boots required
