Job description
STRUCTURAL is seeking a Mason Superintendent based out of our Hartford office (Chesire, CT) to provide high-level management to field leaders and foremen on concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening projects.
You will collaborate with Project Managers and Division Managers, participate in pre-project planning, motivate crews, and ensure safe, productive work while maintaining clear documentation and effective client communication.
