Job description
DutiesHelp under higher graded workers, plans and lays out work from basic blueprints, rough sketches, construction drawings, surveys and work orders. Use and maintains the basic tools and equipment. Maintains bench stock levels of parts, materials, tools and equipment at prescribed levels. Performs masonry worker tasks involved in the maintenance, repair, alteration and construction of interior and exterior surfaces and structures. Performs work in the application and finishing of plaster surface in the construction and repair of interior walls and ceiling and stucco exterior walls. Repairs and constructs cement and concrete surfaces and structures. Determines proper mixtures and setting time for concrete requirements. Follows safety practices and procedures that have been established, including safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
