Massage Therapist PositionLife is hectic and our guests face more and more challenges with travel. So, we're searching for a Massage Therapist with exceptional skills, experience, and the ability to provide our guests with a wide range of massage services.Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:Performing professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensingDesigning specific sessions based on members or guests' individual needs.Assisting in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.Creating excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.Communicating various promotions to clients.Assisting in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).What we need from you:Massage Therapy state licensureCommunication and guest service skillsHands-on experience with massage equipmentDemonstrating exceptional timekeeping and reliabilityAbility to create a safe, effective environmentMinimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completionAdherence to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Massage LicenseKnowledge of and experience in performing a variety of massage therapies required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalitiesWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed. In addition, a 20% commission will be paid on all services performed. This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington, DC. This is the starting rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more or less than the posted rate, and the rate may be modified in the future.
